For web hosting contracts:
In case the order is cancelled prior to activation and Netconplus Engineering Inc. has not yet submitted the domain name order to the InterNIC, a full refund will be given. Otherwise, if the order is cancelled during first 30 days of the contract, a refund equal to the full contract amount less $40.00 for domain registration/transfer and any overages will be given.
A refund equal to one-half of the contract amount less $40 for domain registration/transfer and overages will be given if Netconplus Engineering Inc. is notified prior to the first day of the second half of the contract term. For example, on a twelve month contract, Netconplus Engineering Inc. must receive notification prior to the first day of the seventh month of the contract. No refunds will be given once the second half of the contract term has begun.
No refunds are available for additional services such as overages, extra disk space, additional POP accounts, backup services, account maintenance, etc.
For web application development:
Fees for web application development are not refundable after the application is installed on the Client website. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Netconplus Engineering Inc., and subject to contract terms agreed to by the Client and Netconplus Engineering Inc. prior to start of application development.
